SHIPPING SERVICE

Products are normally shipped via express courier Bartolini, TNT, or other international couriers.

CUSTOMER PROTECTION

Azienda Tessile Romana protects its customers in case a damaged product is received. Therefore, the Customer must carefully check the packaging and accurately report any problems and/or breakages to the courier and must not proceed with the delivery. In case of non-delivery due to damage, Azienda Tessile Romana undertakes to replace or fully refund the products. The refund or re-shipment of the products will only occur upon the return of the package to the Azienda Tessile Romana warehouse. If the Customer receives the product and subsequently reports the problem, Azienda Tessile Romana reserves the right not to proceed with the re-shipment of the order or with the refund.

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are normally fulfilled within 1 working day, after payment has been verified. Deliveries in Italy will be made within 24/48 hours. Delivery times are indicative and non-binding, and in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Azienda Tessile Romana will not be held responsible for the delay in delivery. Deliveries will be made on working days and during normal working hours.

ORDER STATUS

We will send an email during the order phase with details to check the status of the order in real time. Additionally, we will send an email with the tracking number of the shipment once it has been shipped and the number has been received from the courier. In case the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the Customer can arrange for redelivery directly with the SDA courier.

COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the type of product and are calculated automatically during the ordering process.
